I am from Singapore, stayed in ANA Crowne Plaza a few years back during a busines trip, I found this hotel very well located in the city centre, convenient to shopping and restaurants. This time round, I brought my family here for our holiday. I was delighted that I was able to park my car directly in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful in ensuring to all our needs and.made our stay extremely delightful. I will definitely stay here whenever I am in Hiroshima.

The location, so close to Peace Park, Hondori and restaurants is ideal. The full breakfast menu is a great start to the day of exploring the area. We have stayed at ANA Crowne Plaza many times so when our reservation got cancelled, 4 days before departure due to a bank error, the management very kindly worked with us directly to accommodate or 10 day stay.

We stayed here over Christmas, right outside was a street filled with Christmas lights, which was a nice addition. the hotel was very central to where we wanted to be with lots to do near by.

Very clean, and comfortable rooms with all the usual amenities. Very good location. The wifi was good. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

Breakfast was good. There was a steak and eggs station to order. The IHG member was offered to us and we were able to have a late check out.

Comfort, cleanliness, location, lobby, staff, security, room amenities are wonderful!! Choice of Tempur pillows and aroma oil was a superb plus! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the restaurants there but I'm looking forward to stay there again for tourism.

Nice hotel, well located for the main tourist sights and public transport links. Great food options in the restaurant - but it can be very bus at peak times.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Our group has stayed here several times because of all that ANA has to offer.
